If you ever worked on small Irish pirate stations in the early to mid-80s, then this will look familiar. It's Boyneside Radio from Drogheda in 1984...but look at the studio closely. Yeah, sure it's turntables, you'd expect that. But do you remember playing ads and jingles off...Cassette Tapes?! Ah dose were de day-is (not). Now don't forget, when you hear the three pips, hit the 'Pause' button. Or if you miss your cue with the 'Pause', then take a pencil, stick it in the cassette spool and wind it back half a turn. That oughta do it!
I'm 97 years old next year(!).
