Isn't it great when people with a passion for what they do move further towards where they want to be? You know, the type of people that you think have all the makings of a real radio success story.
Mike O'Brien has always struck me as one of those people.
The enthusiasm and dedication he put into setting up and running the recent Dublin temp licence The 90s Network shows what I mean.
So, you can imagine how pleased I was when Mike told me that he has just been asked by
RTE Pulse to present a new show on the station.
Wednesdays at 6pm Mike will be playing commercial dance including same artist double plays at half past the hour.
