Recently Jack stations in Canada dropped Howard Cogan as their voice guy (big mistake IMHO), stations are falling in the ratings...most notably Vancouver and now Toronto is a no Jack City.
The format is gone in that city, replaced by KISS FM.
There was a CISS FM in TO before (Country), so now the name is back but with the proper spelling!
